Justin Daly

Top Notch Home Services, LLC is owned and operated by Justin Daly, who brings a diverse and well-rounded background in construction, project management, procurement, and operations.

Born and raised in Colorado, with 8 recent years in Florida, Mr. Daly returns to Colorado with a unique blend of qualifications. He previously owned and operated a handyman business in Florida which maintained a strong relationship with a close network of clients. This prior business ownership provides direct, relevant experience in estimating, service delivery, customer relations, and financial management within the residential services industry.

In addition to hands-on construction and maintenance experience, Mr. Daly has a professional background in global procurement and contract administration for Fortune 500 companies. In this capacity, he managed annual project and contract spend in excess of $10 million, supporting multiple clients across domestic and international markets. This experience demonstrates a high level of financial oversight, vendor management, negotiation capability, and operational discipline—all of which are directly transferable to managing costs, subcontractors, and client relationships within the business.

Mr. Daly also has experience working for a local municipal government in Florida, where he supported multiple departments with operational needs, including involvement in the full re-work and development of FEMA-related disaster response contracts. These contracts were utilized to obtain reimbursement for some of the most devastating hurricanes to impact Florida in 20 years! This included coordination and support efforts tied to hurricane recovery operations along the entire southwest Florida coast. This experience highlights his ability to operate in high-pressure environments, manage logistics, and contribute to large-scale project execution.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Daly worked within the renewable energy sector, contributing to the development and testing of emerging technologies, including gas-to-liquid conversion processes and industrial material production systems. This experience further supports a strong technical foundation and problem-solving capability.

Mr. Daly has demonstrated leadership from an early age, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, along with recognition through Scout of the Year and a Meritorious Action Award. These accomplishments reflect a longstanding commitment to leadership, discipline, and accountability.

Additionally, Mr. Daly possesses working fluency in Spanish, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients, subcontractors, and vendors—an advantage in the local construction and home services market.
